all of our customers, staff, neighbors, and purveyors for their support this past year.
We look forward to a great 2012 where we can continue to grow and hold an active role within the community.
Established in December, 2009, Brownies Squared Bake Shop offers a variety of baked goods, beverages, a light lunch menu and homemade soups (seasonal).
As our name implies, we have a signature line of gourmet brownies. Everything from traditional fudge to PB cup to whole wheat/cranberry/almond. Our core flavors are offered year round with additional seasonal and holiday flavors available on a rotating basis.
Our menu ranges from traditional items such as danish, bear claws and chocolate chip cookies, to more interesting creations such as maple/bacon brownies, french fry cookies and strawberry mousse with champagne "ice cubes".

New items from last week: almond lace cookies, chocolate covered peanut toffee, and no-place meatballs.
Entered a batch of meatballs into St. Vincent's first annual Meatball Cook-Off. Also made a batch of mini spaghetti & meatball cupcakes for the dessert table that was included with admission to the event. Even though we did not win, will still might feature our new signature no-place meatballs at the shop.
Our first significant snowfall of the season took place on Friday. The town did a great job clearing Main Street in a timely fashion. In case we get another storm before spring, stop in early to stock up on bread, sweets and soup before it's all gone.
